句型Upon/On doing或Upon/On＋名词的结构
【原句呈现】Upon finishing his studies, he started travelling in China.（P9）
学习一结束，他就开始了中国之旅。
【句法分析】“upon/on doing或upon/on＋名词”表示“一……就……”相当于as soon as 引导的状语从句。
他刚一到车站，就发现火车已经开走了。
On/Upon arriving at the station, he found that the train had left.
On/Upon arrival at the station, he found that the train had left.
As soon as he arrived at the station, he found that the train had left.
【考点聚焦】在书面表达中如何灵活表达“一……就……”。
            表示“一……就……”的表达法还有：
①从属连词：as soon as/once(as soon as强调时间的紧接，而once带有条件的意味。)
②No sooner had ＋主语＋过去分词…＋than＋主语＋动词的过去时

③Hardly/Scarcely/＋had＋主语＋过去分词…＋when/before＋动词的过去时
